Hi, I'm Ashleigh, the maker behind The Flower Girl Studios.
I am a Bristol born artist with a background in tattooing and a slight obsession with finding new creative outlets.
I currently run my small business solo, unless you count Frank the dog as a helper, and all of my prints, original artworks and cards are created from my chaotic little flat in St George.
With an aim to make gifting a little more eco friendly, I started making plantable cards. My plantable seed cards are a way to give a little extra gift to the planet, as well as the recipient, as they are embedded with a bee-friendly mix of wildflower seeds on 100% recycled card.
All of the artwork featured on the cards is completely my own, whether its hand painted tattoo flash or multi layer linocut prints, I aim to have a design to suit every occasion and style.
You can find my work stocked in several independent shops across Bristol and the surrounding areas, as well as purchasing direct from me online or at craft markets which I will rave about on Instagram.
